Shipping policy

Sweden: Your order will be shipped from us within 1-3 working days by Postnord or DHL. If it is a weekday, we usually ship the same day or the next day.
You have the opportunity to choose the agent/parcel box for collection of your order. Selection and tracking is easiest done in the Postnord app or DHL website.
Denmark: Your order is shipped from us as standard within 1-3 business days with or DHL, which in Denmark is BRING. All shipments except business packages are delivered to BRING Parcel Agents for pickup. If it is a weekday without a holiday, we usually ship the same day or the next day.
Germany: Your order will be shipped from us within 1-3 working days as standard with DHL Parcel Connect and delivered to a DHL Agent for pickup. If it is a weekday excluding holidays, we usually ship the same day or the day after you place your order.
Rest of the EU: Your order will be shipped from us within 1-3 working days as standard with DHL Parcel Connect and delivered to a DHL Agent for pickup or UPS. If it is a weekday excluding holidays, we usually ship the same day or the day after you place your order.
Norway:Your order will be shipped from us within 1-3 business days as standard with UPS. If you place your order on a weekday, we will usually ship the same day or the next day.

Delivery cost:
Sweden: All orders are always delivered free of charge.
Denmark: All orders are always delivered free of charge.
Germany: All orders are always delivered free of charge.
Rest of the EU: Shipping is charged at €14.95
Norway:Shipping is charged, the current shipping price is displayed at checkout upon payment.

Unclaimed shipment:
Refundable and charged with 250 SEK for handling and return shipping within Sweden.
For other EU countries we charge €50 for unsuccessful delivery/uncollected packages.
For Norway we charge €80 for unsuccessful delivery/uncollected package.

NOTE! If gift wrapping has been chosen, the cost will not be refunded in the event of a return or uncollected shipment/successful delivery.

Pick-up at our warehouse: Pickup is possible weekdays, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (contact us first so that we are absolutely sure to be on site)
