The grinder is made of durable rubber wood and varnished in several layers for a really nice finish. It has a ceramic grinding mechanism that is activated with a simple clockwise twist.
Addison Ross salt and pepper mills are hand made and hand painted which makes each mill unique and slight variations may occur.
Not for sea salt, wet salt or pink pepper. Fill your salt and pepper mills with Mon Bistros black pepper and Himalayan salt.
The tighter the adjustment knob is tightened, the finer the grind. Avoid over-tightening to avoid damaging the ceramic mechanism.
