A white oyster dish, great help when serving oysters, the indentations in the dish help keep the oysters upright so that the sauce/vinaigrette doesn't run out🦪
Recipe for my best oyster serving:
1 finely chopped shallot (quite small, REALLY finely chopped)
1dl good red wine vinegar (in the fall/winter it can even be good with balsamic to get a slightly rounder taste)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Mix together and let sit in the fridge for a while, spoon the vinaigrette over ice-cold fresh oysters, top with 1-3 drops of Tabasco. Tip! The green Tabasco on jalapeno is a little milder but really tasty, use a little more if you want more heat)
