Mon Bistros black pepper and Himalayan salt.

The tighter the adjustment knob is screwed in, the finer the grind. Avoid over-tightening to avoid damaging the ceramic mechanism.

The grinder is made of durable rubberwood and varnished in several layers for a truly beautiful finish. It has a ceramic grinding mechanism that is activated with a simple clockwise turn.  The salt and pepper mills from Addison Ross are handmade and hand-painted, which makes each mill unique and small variations may occur.

Wipe with a soft damp cloth and avoid direct sunlight. Also avoid using directly over boiling/hot pots and pans.
