Made from solid FSC certified rubberwood, finished with eight coats of high gloss varnish, hand polished between each coat. The ceramic mechanism is activated by a clockwise movement and is designed to grind dry rock salt or black pepper. Not intended for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink pepper.
