Anchovy fillets in olive oil with chili pepper 🌶️
These anchovy fillets come from Osteria 16 and used in their restaurants in Copenhagen. The anchovy fillets are carefully selected from the Bay of Biscay, the sea area along the coast of Spain and France.
The fillets are gently salted and aged to develop a deep, balanced flavor, here with a light heat from chili that gives an extra boost.
Perfect on a toasted slice of bread, in a salad or as a flavour enhancer in pasta and sauces. A small ingredient that lifts the whole dish.
