These anchovy fillets come from Osteria 16 and used in their restaurants in Copenhagen. The anchovy fillets are Carefully selected from the Bay of Biscay, the sea area along the coast of Spain and France. The fillets are gently salted and aged to develop a deep, balanced flavour, here with a fresh note of lemon that provides a light and elegant acidity.
