Anchovy fillets in olive oil
These anchovy fillets come from Osteria 16 and used in their restaurants in Copenhagen. The anchovy fillets are carefully selected from the Bay of Biscay, the sea area along the coast of Spain and France.
The fillets are gently salted and aged to develop a deep, balanced flavor, here in its purest form together with olive oil.
Perfect when you want to let the ingredient take center stage. Add them to a toasted slice of bread, in a salad or as a flavor base in pasta and sauces.

Anchovy fillets (Engraulis encrasicolus)= 86% fish / 14% salt, in olive oil. Caught in the Bay of Biscay in the northeast Atlantic (FAO 27 VIIIc). Contains anchovies (54%) and olive oil (46%). Net weight 48 g, drained weight 26 g.
