Ichendorf Milano Cha No Yu Teapot

Cha No Yu is an elegant teapot in transparent borosilicate glass, designed by Denis Guidone for Ichendorf Milano. The shape draws inspiration from the Japanese tea ceremony Cha No Yu and combines a stripped-down expression with well-thought-out function.

The teapot is made entirely of borosilicate glass, a durable glass material that can withstand high temperatures. The transparent glass allows both the tea and the brewing to become part of the experience and the jug has an integrated filter for the tea leaves.

With its generous volume of 1.4 litres, Cha No Yu is just as well suited to a long breakfast as it is when several people gather around the table for a cup of tea.
