The deep, vibrant surface is created through eight layers of high-gloss lacquer that are hand-polished between each application. The result is a beautiful and durable finish with a luxurious look.
The grinder is made from sustainably sourced rubberwood and comes with both a S- and a P-marked stainless steel screw cap, so you can choose whether to use it as a salt mill or pepper mill.
The ceramic grinding mechanism is activated by turning clockwise and is suitable for dry rock salt/mill salt or black peppercorns. Please note that it should not be used for sea salt, moist salt, dried moist salt or pink pepper.
