Straight from the kitchen on Osteria 16 in Copenhagen, one of the city's most loved restaurants, comes this Teglia 3 that is used daily in their own kitchen. A classic rectangular aluminum ovenproof dish, created for lasagne, roasted vegetables and other dishes that benefit from even heat and a simple, functional shape.

Light, elegant and practical, made in Italy in aluminium. Perfect for lasagna, oven-baked vegetables, gratins and other dishes that would like to go directly from the oven to the table with the same feeling as at a real osteria. We also use Teglia 3 at home when we prepare vegetables and meat for the grill🥕🫑🧅

Thanks to the light weight and the aluminum's even heat distribution, the shape is just as nice to use every day as it is when you are cooking for many people. There is also a matching lid for this form, COPPERCHIO 2, which is sold separately.

Care advice: Hand washing is recommended to avoid the surface becoming dull. Aluminum can naturally oxidize when in contact with acidic ingredients or if salt is added to cold water. Therefore, always add salt only when the water is boiling and avoid leaving acidic ingredients in the form for a long time. Maximum temperature 250°C.
