Directly from the kitchen at Osteria 16 in Copenhagen, one of the city's most beloved restaurants, comes this Teglia 3, which is used daily in their own kitchen. A classic rectangular ovenproof dish in aluminum, created for lasagna, roasted vegetables and other dishes that benefit from even heat and a simple, functional shape. 

Light, elegant and practical, made in Italy in aluminum. Perfect for lasagna, oven-baked vegetables, gratins and other dishes that like to go straight from oven to table with the same feeling as in a real osteria. We also use Teglia 3 at home when we prepare vegetables and meat for the grill🥕🫑🧅

Thanks to the light weight and the even heat distribution of the aluminum, the dish is just as nice to use in everyday life as when you are cooking for many people. This dish also comes with a matching lid, COVER 2, which is sold separately.

Care instructions: Hand washing is recommended to avoid a dull finish. Aluminum can naturally oxidize when in contact with acidic ingredients or if salt is added to cold water. Therefore, always add salt only when the water is boiling and avoid leaving acidic ingredients in the mold for a long time. Max temperature 250°C.
