To preserve the bamboo's luster, regular treatment with olive oil or linseed oil is recommended.
Small rings on the knife blades can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white wine vinegar.
Avoid prolonged contact with coffee, tea, tomato sauce and other brightly colored foods
Not suitable for microwave use
