The iconic The Bistrot collection from French Sabre Paris Combining timeless French bistro style with modern functionality, this bread knife has a sharp serrated blade that easily cuts through everything from crispy sourdough bread to soft loaves without crushing the bread.

The vintage treated finish gives the steel a soft, matte character with a beautifully vibrant expression that brings to mind classic French bistros. Together with the deep blue handle in Lapis Blue the knife becomes an elegant detail on both the breakfast table and the dinner table.

The knife is made of 18/10 stainless steel with cutting parts in AISI 420 stainless steel and a durable handle in PBT, a durable material that is developed to retain both color and shape over time.

Care instructions
Dishwasher safe up to 45 °C. For best results, it is recommended to open the dishwasher immediately after the program has finished. When washing by hand, a soft sponge should be used and abrasive cleaning agents should be avoided. If small rings or marks appear on the knife blade, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and a little white wine vinegar. For cutlery with light-colored handles, prolonged contact with foods such as coffee, tea and tomato sauce should be avoided as they can cause discoloration.

Not suitable for microwave. Approved for contact with food.
