Extra virgin olive oil from Sicilian Romano, produced from carefully selected olives grown in the volcanic soil around Etna in Sicily. The blend varies from year to year depending on the harvest and olive varieties to create a balanced and characterful olive oil.
The taste is full and fruity with a nice balance between soft bitterness and light pepperiness. Perfect with pasta, grilled vegetables, salads, burrata or simply served with bread and flaked salt.
The black ceramic bottle is shaped like a classic Sicilian Testa di Moro and makes the oil a real statement product in the kitchen or on the dinner table. Woman on one side and man on the other.
