Veark SK15 Kockkniv 15 cm

The SK15 is part of Veark's fully forged knife series. The knife is forged from a single piece of steel by experienced craftsmen in the classic knife town of Solingen in Germany, known for its long tradition of knife making.

The collection is based on the idea that the knife is a tool, perhaps the most important tool in the kitchen. The design draws inspiration from classic metal tools and gives the knife an expression that is both functional and visually distinctive.

By studying how professional chefs hold their knives, Veark developed the open handle. Inspired by the shape of a wrench, the design allows you to naturally place your thumb on the blade and grip the knife at its balance point. The result is better control, stability, and a secure grip in everyday cooking.

All forged knives from Veark are completely symmetrical and are equally suitable for left- and right-handed users.
